Accounts Payable & Receivables Specialist

About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AP / AR Specialist to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of financial accounting, taking full ownership of receivables and payables processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, specifically QBooks Online, thrive on getting things done and love structure. Duties:

Handle all accounts receivable / payables with extreme accuracy. Collaborate with AE's and the Operations team to ensure that client onboarding, payment terms, ACH set up etc are all accurate. Own / maintain invoicing workflows, improving and streamlining wherever possible. Track payments, follow-up on collections, and keep team apprised. Remaining organized and keeping things moving forward swiftly.

Requirements:

Inherent habits like triple-checking work, catching tiny details, and taking pride in accuracy. Minimum of 1-3 years AR experience & equal experience with QuickBooks Online; guru level! Direct responsibility for invoicing, ACH payments, recurring sales receipts, reconciliation of deposits...and more! Must be a systemic thinker who thrives on improving workflows and always finding better ways to do things. Organized by nature; a to-do list is your compass!
