Monday - Friday | Full-Time Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in accounting or bookkeeping? We're looking for a reliable Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Process accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting Manage invoices, receipts, and payments Prepare payroll and maintain employee records (as needed) Assist with tax filings and year-end financial procedures Support management with budgeting and expense tracking

Requirements:

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and general accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's in accounting preferred
