About the Role The AP Specialist owns WSI Southwest's vendor invoice processing, payment cycle, expense reporting, and 1099 preparation. The role partners closely with Warehouse, PMs, and the Controller to ensure invoices are matched to POs and receipts, paid on time, and properly coded to projects and accounts. What You'll Do
- Process vendor invoices with three-way matching
- Run weekly payment cycles and capture discounts
- Process employee expense reports
- Maintain vendor master and 1099 records
- Resolve vendor inquiries professionally What We're Looking For
- 2+ years AP / invoice processing experience
- Three-way matching experience preferred
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Detail-disciplined and process-oriented
