BOOKKEEPER QUICKBOOKS-QUICKBOOKS I

need either part /full time Bookkeeper /Sales person maybe someone that is retired or already working part time Present bookkeeper will assist in transfer of job and will be in full contact for all questions. She is moving out of state. I am looking for a long term employee, if you are not looking for long term please do not apply Also one that lives in Henderson or does not have a long commute. Accounts A/P and A/R, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Financials, Profit & Loss, Yearly Budget, Monthly Balance sheets, Payroll taxes, Quarterly taxes, Sales taxes, (941's, 940's, W-2's and 1099's) All company files, General Journal Entries.

MUST MUST MUST BE EXPERIENCED USING QUICKBOOKS!

Solid computer skills also required. Starting at $19HR during minimum 90 day probationary period. After probationary period hourly rate of $21 to $23 HR depending on experience. Payroll weekly for 5 employees

store open : Monday -- Friday, 9am to 5pm -Saturday 9 to 3 Punctuality Communicate and deal with customers 3yrs. full time experience working as a bookkeeper and A/P-A/R accountant as well as a minimum of 2 yrs experience in Quickbooks .An individual who is organized, self motivated, responsible, organized and who is able to work independently. Must be able to multi task and maintain focus in a fast paced environment.
