Full Job Description Accounts Payable Coordinator Reno, NV Full-Time Pay Range:
$20 - $24 per hour About Us Tedesco Pacific Construction has proudly served the Reno, Nevada area since 1984. TPC delivers on-time and within budget cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete construction for commercial projects throughout Northern Nevada. Our commitment to precision and craftsmanship has earned us multiple Gold and Silver Face® Golden Trowel Awards, presented in recognition of the flattest and most level floors in the Somero Laser Screed category. These awards reflect our dedication to excellence and industry-leading performance. Position Summary Tedesco Pacific Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to support invoice processing, vendor compliance, and payment coordination in a fast-paced construction environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and the ability to manage deadlines while collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Management
  • Vendor compliance and documentation
  • Email and Invoice Coordination
  • Finvari pay card processing
  • Statements and reconciliation
  • Processing one time and reoccurring payments
  • Vendor and internal support Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting and accounts payable processes
  • Experience with accounting software such as Sage preferred
  • Experience with TimberScan or invoice workflow systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with vendors, field teams, and office staff What We Offer
