Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented employee to join our team. This position requires proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, proposal writing, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for job tracking, maintaining vehicle registrations, and processing credit card payments. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential. Additional duties include dispatching, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and supporting out-of-office tasks as required. Candidates should be able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in administrative and accounting functions is preferred.
