Job DescriptionJob Description Account Reconciliation:

Balance accounts, ledgers and reporting to external CPA Provide financial analysis and month ending reports using Aptean Software for family ownership and external CPA Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger by monitoring transactions Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations on a regular basis and follow through on outstanding items to support clean financial records.

Billing:

Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Payroll:

Process weekly payroll with ADP and maintain records

Sales Tax:

File monthly/quarterly sales tax for multiple states. 401k: Enter weekly deposits, maintain records and file appropriate tax documentation through Paychex.

Travel Expenses:

Process and pay expenses through the

Concur Software Audits:

Assist with any external and internal audits

Qualifications:
