Temporary Accounts Receivable Maternity Leave

Temporary Full-Time (Maternity Leave Coverage) BBI is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong AR experience who can step in and support a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Process customer payments and apply payments accurately Generate and send invoices to customers Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized AR records and files Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous Accounts Receivable experience required Strong data entry and organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting/ERP software preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional communication skills and attention to detail If interested, please send your resume or contact our office for more information.
