Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Duties Support controller/AP manager in daily accounting functions in accounts payable, budget entry, purchase orders and vehicle tax logs Assist in maintaining all documents for job files such as vendor information, insurance certificates, contracts, tax certificates Manage credit card module data entry and reconciliation Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Log all incoming receipts and process mail on daily basis Answer phones and filing Collaborate with multiple companies Request COIs on projects Other duties as needed Requirements Associates Degree in Accounting preferred and/or 2-4 years experience in Accounts Payable Construction accounting experience and software preferred Knowledge of basic accounting procedures required Knowledge of MS Office, Excel required Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to work as a highly motivated member of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
