Through our Street to Home outreach program and transitional housing resources, we help people get, and stay, on the path to a permanent home. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounting Clerk provides support to the Finance team by assisting in various finance functions such as accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable, treasury, tenant billing, and budgeting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records Work with financial management software such as Financial Edge and Real Page Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity Shadow and assist members of the Finance department as needed Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required Experience working in a financial accounting environment preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Administrative experience that demonstrates analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills Detail-oriented with high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
