Job Description

Our client, a well-known established fashion manufacturer located in New York, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team. Responsibilities include supporting the CFO with accounts receivable, resolving issues, chargeback, verifying and posting receipts, maintain all accounts receivable receipts. We are looking for dynamite and motivated individual.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and provide administrative support for the CFO Assist with processing and post cash transactions and receipts daily Communicate and resolve discrepancies with chargebacks and to ensure deductions are correct. Oversee the day-to-day cash flow, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations. Issue credit memos to assigned accounts that are valid Oversea and issue RA's for merchandise returned Prepare monthly financial statements through an analysis Monitor accounts and address any outstanding past due payments. Update daily cash tracking and reporting. Prepare daily deposits, and cash applications Assist with journal entries, are complete and up to date reports Ability to work collaboratively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5 plus years of Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience is a plus 3 years of bookkeeping experience Detail-oriented; Self-motivated, multi-task Proficient in all Microsoft Office, ERP, and accounting experience Stellar communication and interpersonal Detail-oriented; Self-motivated, multi-task
Salary:
$65,000-+
