Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and provide prescribed medicines to patients. Explain medication usage, dosage, side effects, and precautions. Check for accuracy, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriate dosages. Maintain medicine stock, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage. Follow pharmacy laws, maintain records, and uphold patient safety standards.License Requirement:
Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist issued byNYSED Education and Experience:
One (1) year of Pharmacist experience Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacyPreferred Skills & Experience:
Pharmacy dispensing system experience. Sterile Processing experience.- IV room experience.
