Bookkeeper Payroll Expert ($25-$30 per hour) Mon-Fri 10am-3pm

We are looking to hire an

EXPERIENCED

Bookkeeper Payroll Expert. •

ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE THAT WE CAN VERIFY

Work schedule is Monday-Friday (10am-3pm) Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree is preferred.

Duties include:

Assisting Business Office Manager with day to day operations. Calculating Employee worked hours from time cards, inputting those hours onto Paychex and ADP type payroll report sheets, Invoicing Clients/Paying Bills using QuickBooks. Reports as needed. Expert level required (Payroll & Quickbooks), Professional phone skills, People skills, Computer skills (Excel) and a Team Player. You must be able to read, write and understand English. Your math skills must be Top-Notch! All interested candidates must live in Suffolk County and have reliable transportation. Nice work environment with room for growth.
