as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals looking to thrive in a dynamic environment within the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records. Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits. Implement and improve accounting procedures for efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage). Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills. MUST be a self-starter.
