Full Charge Bookkeeper

CR Fletcher is recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with accounting software platforms. Responsibilities Process journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records Perform bank and account reconciliations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Process invoices, payments, collections, and customer/vendor records Assist with payroll processing and related tax activities Prepare financial reports, account analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations Support budgeting and financial reporting processes Maintain organized financial documentation for audit readiness Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting standards Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping Experience with QuickBooks Knowledge of AP/AR, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail Experience with governmental accounting or tax-related activities is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a collaborative and growing organization.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
