You'll maintain and review financial records, assist with budget tracking, and ensure that the County's fiscal processes run smoothly and accurately. What You'll Do Maintain and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and financial reports Prepare invoices, receipts, and related correspondence Supervise or assist clerical staff in daily accounting functions Monitor budget lines and assist with departmental financial control Analyze and compile financial data for reports What We're Looking For Strong accounting and organizational skills Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and ledgers Ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in all details Minimum Qualifications High school diploma (or GED) and 2 years of experience maintaining financial accounts and records Employment subject to a NYS Justice Center clearance.
