Job Description

Job Description Join a fast-growing healthcare management organization supporting multiple specialty medical practices across the region. This team partners closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff to ensure seamless operations, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. You'll take ownership of No-Fault and Workers' Compensation Accounts Receivable and collections for multiple orthopedic providers.
Pay Rate:
$24-$26/hour
Schedule :
The position is fully on-site, Monday through Friday. Standard work week is 40 hours.
Typical hours:
8:30am-4:30pm What You'll Do Maintain insurance accounts receivable for multiple groups, specialties, and payors Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and/or denied claims Resolve claim errors and re-submit claims as appropriate for reimbursement Prepare appeal letters to insurance carriers when not in agreement with claim denial Identify and report payer issues relating to denial trends or payment changes Maintain detailed documentation of notes for all collection activity Assist with collections efforts in accordance with company policies and legal compliance standards What You Bring Experience with Accounts Receivable or Denial Management across multiple insurance carriers and specialties Experience with No-Fault & Workers' Compensation AR/Collections Strong understanding of payers, medical insurance terminology, A/R follow-up, local coverage determinations, and managed care regulations Experience with Athena is a plus Apply today and bring your A/R expertise to a team that values precision and performance.
