Office Assistant

Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized individuals with strong multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing a variety of responsibilities across Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing functions. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, strong phone etiquette, and effective clerical abilities. A high level of accuracy, assertiveness, and confidentiality is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay:

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
