This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply daily cash receipts and accurately post customer payments Reconcile and apply credits to customer accounts as needed Generate and enter customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner Perform new vendor and customer account setup and maintenance Monitor accounts for discrepancies and resolve billing/payment issues Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations Maintain accurate and organized AR records and documentation Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment inquiries Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and collections

Qualifications:
