Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, client records, and administrative files Support office management by coordinating calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing calendar updates Provide exceptional customer support through clear communication, data entry, and addressing client inquiries promptly Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, data entry, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure an efficient work environment Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and accounting functions Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous for handling calendar management and client interactions Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us today to contribute your expertise in bookkeeping and administrative support while enjoying a collaborative work environment that encourages growth and excellence!
