Accounts Payable Clerk

About Us We are a growing automotive dealership group with a corporate office in Chillicothe. Due to continued growth, we are hiring two team members to support our accounting and dealership operations. Position Overview We are open to hiring candidates for one of two roles depending on experience: Accounts Payable , or Deal Posting / Inventory Clerk This flexible approach allows us to match candidates to their strengths. Accounts Payable Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate A/P records Assist with month-end closing Deal Posting / Inventory Responsibilities Post vehicle deals into the accounting system Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness Track and reconcile vehicle inventory Assist with inventory audits Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting (required for Accounts Payable position) Accounts Payable experience (required for A/P position) Dealership experience preferred (for deal posting/inventory position) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, working in our dedicated accounting office downtown

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
