Accounting Clerk

• Perform commercial and consumer collections, following established guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions to maintain accurate records.
• Conduct check runs and manage payment schedules to support financial operations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in accounts and invoices.
• Utilize Epicor software to maintain and update financial records efficiently.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to collection activities and account statuses.
• Support general accounting functions to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
