Accounting Clerk - Automotive

Automotive Accounts Payable Cincinnati, OH This position will be critical & a very unique opportunity within the organization. Candidates must have experience working in a dealership accounting office. Be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment. $20-$25 per hour!

Duties and Responsibilities:

General data entry and basic accounting input functions Inputting and processing Accounts Payable documents accurately and in a timely manner Process additional accounting paperwork as needed Assisting with monthly schedules and month end procedures Basic cashiering duties

Qualifications:

Dealership accounting experience required. CDK experience preferred. Competent with MS Office suite. Accurate with 10 key pad and typing. Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule Basic working knowledge of accounting Good interpersonal and oral communication skills Able to work individually as well as part of a team to reach specific goals Mathematical aptitude All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
