Today we operate over 9 galvanizing plants in the U.S., featuring exceptional service to small fabricators as well as companies known worldwide. We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to fill our Accounting Specialist position at our V&S Columbus North Galvanizing facility in Columbus, OH.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Posting of incoming accounts receivable payments Research and resolve outstanding discrepancies Prepare and maintain aging reports for assigned accounts Collections - with a customer conscious approach Shipping and receiving The liaison between the employee and the Human Resources Department Manage time and attendance Data entry General office duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of two years of accounting functions - A/R, A/P Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with Navision is a plus Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, team environment Clear and professional communication skills
