Accounts Payable Clerk Brief Job Description:

Looking for a talented individual with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.

Accounts Payable Clerk Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma. Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 programs. Knowledge of general accounting principles A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years Accounts Payable experience
