This role ensures accurate financial processing, timely collections, and effective communication with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The position reports directly to the Controller and plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Process and approve credit applications and maintain accurate client profiles Generate and process invoices, including weekly and monthly billing and electronic invoicing Post and apply cash receipts (cash, checks, credit card and ACH transactions) Initiate, track, and post receivable sales adjustments and client refunds Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances Generate accounts receivable collection reports for sales management Communicate discrepancies and collaborate with business manager, sales managers, and account executives Review departmental emails and ensure timely follow-up Monthly AR Close process and reporting Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Marketron or other broadcasting traffic or billing experience a plus Work Requirements Ability to operate independently with minimal daily direction Commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and accountability in all tasks Employment Conditions Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of the following: Pre-employment drug screening Background investigation Employment and education verification Reference checks How to Apply Qualified candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to: Sherry Jablonski, Controller North American Broadcasting Company, Inc.
