Accounting Assistant JMI Recruiting Services Cuyahoga Falls, OH Job Details Full-time $27 - $31 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Accounts receivable management Professional ethics Bookkeeping for tax purposes Accounting experience within manufacturing industry Financial record maintenance QuickBooks ACH Accounting support Full Job Description We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Accounting Assistant search in the Cuyahoga Falls, OH area.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Conduct daily reconciliations of bank deposits and ACH payments, and track and report business-related taxes. Complete payroll processing using payroll software.
Key Requirements :
Proven experience in manufacturing bookkeeping and accounting. Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management. Demonstrates strong work ethic and ethical standards.
