- Coordinate and manage Accounts Payable invoices for Inertial Aerospace and Flight Specialties business units
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Execute vendor payments including cutting checks, processing wire transfers, and handling ACH transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve any discrepancies
- Support month-end close activities by assisting with AP reporting and analysis Key Requirements
