Monday•Friday; 8:30am•5:00pm

Job Description:

We are hiring for a skilled Accounting Specialist! In this full-time opportunity, you will be completing back office processing related to payroll, invoicing, funding packets, cash application, and reconciliations. Qualified candidates should have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of accounting and payroll operations. Job Summary:

Ensure the integrity of financial processing, meet banking deadlines, and partner closely with Portfolio/Relationship Managers. Prepare and reconcile weekly funding reports including invoices purchased, accounts receivable activity, and reserve analyses. Build and validate Excel/CSV files for import. Perform accurate data entry for invoices purchased.. Execute wires and ACH transactions in coordination with banking deadlines. Generate A/R aging and subsidiary reports. Identify discrepancies and partner cross-functionally to resolve them. Meet all daily, weekly, and banking-related processing deadlines.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required Understanding of payroll taxes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or cash posting General ledger reconciliation experience is nice to have Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel Detail oriented, organized, and deadline driven Experience in factoring, payroll processing, reconciliation, and exception-management is nice to have US citizen or permanent resident status Completion of a background check One Path Career Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
