This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in accounting or office administration. We will train the right candidate — no prior accounting experience required. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions, invoices, and account records Verify and reconcile data from source documents for accuracy Maintain organized filing systems for financial records (digital and physical) Process accounts payable and/or receivable entries as directed Assist with generating basic reports and spreadsheets Review documents for completeness and flag any discrepancies Support the accounting team with general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.) Prior office or clerical experience What We Offer $17.00 - $18.00/hour to start Consistent day shift hours with a flexible part-time schedule On-the-job training provided Supportive team environment Potential for growth and increased hours
