HR Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile daily sales, process deposits, and balance cash, check, and credit card collections. Manage account invoices by confirming returns, applying sales tax, calculating shipping, and ensuring PO information is accurate. Keep accounts up-to-date, ensure prompt pay discounts are applied correctly, and follow all sales tax laws. Proactively communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts, billing questions, or payment issues. Record day-to-day transactions, complete the posting process, and assist with cash flow reporting. Execute other duties as assigned to support the Controller. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions and customer order sheets. Ability to solve practical problems and handle variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
