JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Cash Application Clerk who will be responsible for the timely and accurate posting of daily cash receipts. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Apply daily receipts in Accounts Receivable at a higher degree of difficulty Prepare deductions for branch and collector review and prepare daily receipts detail from bank website and SharePoint Retrieve and process remittance details from customer portals Email and mail limited invoices to customers Process credit card transactions and requests Assist in the training of fellow employees Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must have previous Accounting and Accounts Receivable experience Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel with accurate data entry skills Must have excellent communication and organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail and working in a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with high levels of accuracy Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
