Accounting Specialist

• sales order invoicing, new account setup, post weekly ACH receipts, credit & collections Accounts Payable
• invoice entry and filing, check processing, credit card processing, and ACH payments Banking
• reconciliations and ACH transactions Other responsibilities
• inter-company transactions, mail processing, ordering office supplies, and other duties as assigned Position Requirements QuickBooks Enterprise software experience is preferred but not required Experience in a business environment with high transaction volume is a plus Strong math and research skills Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data Organized and detail-oriented
