Orrville Trucking & Grading Position Summary Orrville Trucking and Grading Co. is a family-owned ready-mix manufacturer with 5 locations in Orrville, Wooster, Lodi, and Bellville. Founded in 1957, OTG has expanded from ready-mix to aggregate hauling, mining and precast production. Orrville Trucking & Grading is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process. This role ensures accurate invoicing, timely collections, and effective cash application, supporting the company's revenue goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and an excellent communicator, with hands-on experience in Sage Intacct's AR module.

• Prepare, analyze, and report on accounts receivable aging, cash receipts, and AR performance metrics using Sage Intacct
• Reconcile customer statements and support month-end AR closing processes, including accruals and reporting
