RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Accounts Payable Specialist will review and verify invoices entered via AvidXChange Accounts Payable Specialist will post and approve invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Download unpaid reports and process payments through Nelio Work with the Finance Director on high-value approvals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Experience with QuickBooks Online required Tech-savvy with ERP or accounting software experience Familiarity with AvidXChange a plus, but NOT a must Salary is $45-$48k, DOE EB-1602709595
