Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all wholegoods inventory transactions: purchases, sales, trades, transfers, and write-downs. Track costs associated with equipment (freight, setup, reconditioning, attachments ). Monitor and reconcile floorplan (equipment financing) balances and interest charges. Process and apply manufacturer programs and incentives. Remit payments and register units with vendors. Review equipment margins and analyze variances from expected cost/profit targets.Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a dealership or inventory-driven business Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting Strong understanding of inventory costing and floorplan accounting Proficiency in accounting software and dealership management systems (e.g., Intellidealer, DIS, or equivalents) Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsCompetencies:
