Position Overview This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions while also supporting general office operations. The right individual will be someone who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams, and take initiative without needing constant direction. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general bookkeeping tasks Perform and track job costing for construction projects Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors Support and prepare for workers' compensation audits Assist with general liability (GL) audits Handle administrative duties that support overall office operations Ensure accuracy, organization, and accountability across all financial processes Qualifications Experience in construction bookkeeping required Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Experience with job costing in a construction environment Familiarity with workers' compensation and general liability audits Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accountability in your work Professional communication skills with vendors and internal teams Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Benefits Once eligible: Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance What Sets This Opportunity Apart This is a team that believes in treating people well, operating with integrity, and showing up for one another.
