About this Position This position provides financial support for Parking and Transportation Services. Responsible for processing campus vendor invoices, Bursar billings, and OK Corral orders and payments. Manages P-card reconciliations for multiple staff members. Maintains accurate and current inventory records, tracks and disposes of fixed assets, and generates maintenance and repair work orders. Additionally, issues and monitors university vehicle permits and coordinates travel arrangements for staff and faculty. Serves as backup to the Administrative Assistant and consistently demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established policies and procedures.   • One year of related experience. Senior Financial Assistant
  • Three years of clerical/customer service experience.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or
Knowledge:
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable and consistently able to complete tasks accurately and on time
