Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial management. Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Handle front desk duties by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer support with professional phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, client records, and administrative files Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Perform data entry with high accuracy into various systems like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure clarity and professionalism Assist with personal or executive assistant tasks including calendar oversight and time management Experience Prior office experience with strong clerical skills in a professional environment Proven proficiency in QuickBooks bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service in person or over the phone Bilingual abilities are highly valued to support diverse client interactions Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Familiarity with office management procedures such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Previous experience in roles like dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills make a real difference!
