Temporary Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary professional to support an Accounting team with data processing, billing support, reporting, and file management tasks. While this role sits within Accounts Receivable, the focus is primarily on data management, Excel-based reporting, file organization, and quality control rather than traditional accounting duties. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, organizing large sets of information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy before it is uploaded into internal systems. Key Responsibilities Review Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, reports, and other data files from multiple sources Compare source documents and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency Create invoices using data from spreadsheets, downloads, PDFs, and email communications Upload and maintain data within internal systems and databases Identify missing information, formatting issues, and data discrepancies Prepare error reports and communicate findings for correction Organize electronic files, folders, and supporting documentation Maintain detailed records of completed work and outstanding items Track project progress and help prioritize daily assignments Prepare reports and documentation for management, auditors, and internal teams Support ongoing process improvement initiatives related to Excel and reporting workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage large volumes of data and multiple priorities Strong analytical skills with ability to identify inconsistencies Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Strong documentation and follow-through skills Preferred Experience Data Entry Specialist Billing Coordinator Accounts Receivable Clerk Reporting or Data Coordinator Administrative Support roles Operations or Project Support experience Data Validation or Quality Control experience Success in This Role Looks Like The most successful candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. They will be comfortable working with multiple spreadsheets, reports, emails, and files at once while maintaining accuracy and structure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work, problem-solving through data, and supporting a team through strong organization and attention to detail. #
