Part-Time | Flexible Hours Small HVAC company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented AP/AR & QuickBooks Specialist to handle day-to-day bookkeeping and office accounting tasks. Responsibilities Accounts payable & receivable Invoicing and payment tracking Bank reconciliations QuickBooks data entry and reporting General bookkeeping support Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Experience with AP/AR processes Proficiency with Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Comfortable working in a small business environment HVAC, construction, or service industry experience is a plus pay based on experience.
