Job Description:
Focus search LLC is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist with a growing manufacturing company in Milwaukie, OR. This role supports daily AP operations including invoice review, coding, data entry, payment processing, resolving discrepancies, managing vendor communications, processing reimbursements, and credit card expenses, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain efficient workflows. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ERP system proficiency, and familiarity with GAAP, along with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 3+ years AP experience Food industry experience a plus D365 highly preferred Experience with Medius or another AP automation software highly preferred
Pay:
$28-30/hr
