$23.00•$25.00 per hour DOE Job Overview Applied Technical Systems Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Invoicing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing service invoicing, electrical billing, customer accounts, and maintaining the overall financial organization of our company. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and send service invoices accurately using Sage accounting software Process electrical billing and maintain accurate customer account records Manage accounts receivable, payment tracking, and collections follow-up Maintain detailed documentation of billing transactions, adjustments, and customer correspondence Review technician notes, work orders, and job costing information for accurate invoicing Assist with account reconciliations and journal entry support Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing questions and payment status Support office administrative operations and maintain organized records Qualifications Previous experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, or accounting roles preferred Strong understanding of financial account reconciliation and billing processes Experience with Sage or similar accounting software preferred Understanding of the electrical or construction industry is a plus Strong data entry and 10-key skills with excellent attention to detail Exceptional communication and customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment About Us Applied Technical Systems Inc. is a growing low voltage and electrical integration company specializing in fire alarm, security, access control, and technology solutions.
