in the beautiful Rogue Valley is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, the responsibilities include a variety of accounting and billing tasks. These include performing daily log reconciliations, posting accounts receivable payments, and communicating any payment discrepancies with account executives. You will also prepare account executive commission statements and handle

broadcast and calendar billing, which involves printing, scripting, and neatly organizing coop invoices for clients, as well as scanning or mailing them according to client preferences. Additional responsibilities include managing special billing projects, creating memo invoices and emailing previous day payment reports, and accurately generating an aging report on Monday and finalizing on Tuesday. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and effective communication with all staff members. Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to: ' Accounts receivable ' Process Timecards ' Log Reconciliation ' Produce month-end reports ' Prepare Aging Reports ' Monthly Billing ' Ability to work with Senior Management ' Ability to work with Corporate Accounting Qualified candidates must have: ' High school diploma ' Work experience in an accounting office ' Microsoft Office experience ' The ability to handle several assignments simultaneously under deadline pressure and without supervision This position can be full-time or part-time, Monday ' Friday, during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm.
