You'll also help manage accounts receivable, payroll coordination, banking activities, and cross-functional collaboration to support efficient and compliant business operations.

Full-time; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pmWHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE
- Take ownership of full-cycle accounting, directly driving financial accuracy, reporting quality, and overall operational performance in a manufacturing environment.
- Play a key role in improving cash flow and financial stability through effective management of accounts receivable, billing, customer setup, and collections.
- Strengthen compliance and internal controls while collaborating across HR, operations, and leadership on payroll, banking, audits, and cross-functional financial initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including financial transaction processing, reporting, analysis, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including customer setup, billing, collections, and cash flow optimization.
- Maintain internal controls and compliance by updating procedures, documenting processes, and supporting internal and external audits.
- Coordinate payroll, banking, and cross-functional financial activities, including ADP payroll approvals, bank reconciliations, deposits, legal documentation, and collaboration with HR and other departments.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements with the ability to prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong writing skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
