Accounting Clerk

Job Opportunity:

Accounting Clerk A client of ours in Woodburn is looking for an Accounting Clerk for a temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Perform data entry and maintain organized financial records. Code invoices and expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts. Create and distribute invoices while ensuring billing accuracy. Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations. Review financial documents for discrepancies and resolve issues as needed. Support the accounting team with administrative and clerical accounting tasks. Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Requirements:

Previous accounting experience required. Experience with AP/AR, invoicing, coding, and general ledger functions. Sage 100 (MAS 90) experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient computer and data entry skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced office environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00

PM Pay:

$30.00/hr.
