Job Description
Description Overview The Bookkeeper will support day‑to‑day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records for the organization. Responsibilities + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable + Perform bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations + Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger + Assist with month‑end and year‑end close + Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow + Support payroll processing and payroll reconciliations + Prepare basic financial statements and reports + Maintain organized documentation for audits and tax preparation Requirements Qualifications + 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience + Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Online + Strong reconciliation skills + Excellent organizational and time‑management skills + Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
