We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our accounting office with receivables and other accounting support. This is a great opportunity for a motivated accounting clerk to enter a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities End of Month Statements:

send invoices to clients according to company policies, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Deposit Reconciliation Processing:

Record and post customer payments, including cash, checks, credit cards and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers.

Collections and Follow-Up:

Monitor overdue accounts, contact vendors regarding outstanding balances, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain accurate financial records, update customer accounts, and prepare reports on accounts receivable aging, payment status, and collection progress.

Collaboration:

Work closely with parts, service, and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing, resolve disputes, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and relevant regulations; assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.
