Job Description

Flohr Pools, Inc. is looking for a Payroll Specialist and Accounts Payable Clerk to assist in all payroll duties and also handle entering invoices in Accounts Payable for payment. Prefer someone with accounting and payroll experience. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Duties:
Code weekly time cards and input into Sage Accounting software. Code and enter AP invoices in Sage Accounting software. Work with keeping DOT driving files current, manage vehicle registrations and track IFTA fuel mileage for quarterly reports. Salary will be based on prior experience and ability. Our company offers full time benefits to include vacation, life insurance, health insurance including dental & vision and a 401K plan.
