Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial management. Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records through meticulous data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents Handle front desk responsibilities by greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings Assist with clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring professional phone etiquette and prompt responses Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and timely completion of administrative duties Qualifications Proven experience with office management, clerical work, or administrative roles in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and friendly demeanor Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and document management Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment is advantageous Join our team to contribute your skills in bookkeeping and administration while enjoying a supportive environment that values your growth.
